WHAT WE DO 

Attendant Care

​

This service provides a qualified attendant to assist a Member to attain or maintain safe and sanitary living conditions and/or maintain personal cleanliness and activities of daily living. The goal of this service is to assist the Member to remain in his/her home or participate in community activities.

Habilitation
 
This service provides learning opportunities designed to enable a member to develop knowledge and skills. Habilitation may be provided to increase or maintain independence and socialization skills, safety and community skills, as well as improve a member’s health and physical needs. It also supports and enhances self-esteem, mutual respect, value and dignity.

Respite

This service provides short-term care to relieve continuous support caregivers. Members who are cared for by Respite providers must be eligible for supports and services through the Division of Developmental Disabilities. Services include companionship, involvement in the person’s activities of daily living, meal preparation, light housekeeping and personal hygiene tasks.
